About Marzena Kierepka
I began practicing Yoga on Sundays at a local gym back in 1999 without knowing what it actually was. Soon after that I started looking forward to Sundays in excitement to practice Yoga. As the fond grew stronger, I took courage to travel to India thanks to the guidance from my Yoga teacher at that local gym. I then explored and practiced in different places, teachers and styles of Yoga before finding the one that spoke to me the best: Iyengar Yoga, a type of Hatha Yoga focusing on alignment, strength and unity of body & mind. To date, I have been teaching Yoga for the last 15 years and always I feel grateful from the depth of my heart to all my teachers: The Iyengar family, Hart Lazer, Radjiv and Swati Chanchanis. Their graciousness in sharing their knowledge has allowed me to experience the joy, the vastness and the beauty of Yoga.
For me, Yoga is the work - in, not the work - out. My approach to Yoga remains ever focused on the foundational principle of correct alignment, safety, and precision of movement with logical and progressive sequencing.
I look forward to connecting with you through your own journey to become Yoga teachers from the RYT200-Hour & RYT300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses at Zenith, one of the first and most professional Yoga studio in Hanoi, or else at our therapeutic classes, workshops & retreats, if you simply would like to overcome daily life difficulty and find balance in the body and mind.
